Your org rolled out AI tools and adoption looks fine on paper. But the experienced engineers are the most uncomfortable. Reviews have shifted from "is this correct?" to "did you write this?" A few power users drive most of the usage, and everyone else quietly went back to the old way of working. Output is up but confidence isn't keeping up.
