A few weeks to get unstuck

Something's not working and you need to know what it is and have it fixed. Reviews are tense. Quality feels shaky. AI adoption has stalled because nobody's sure what "done" means anymore.

I'll spend a few weeks getting a read on what's actually going wrong and help you make a small number of changes your team can roll out quickly. Usually that means a clearer checklist for risky PRs, better shared language for what counts as "reviewed," and clarity on whether the real issue is technical or about how people are working together.

Ongoing support

Some leaders want an experienced engineering advisor in the loop without hiring full-time.

That usually looks like regular working sessions where we talk through whatever's live: org shape, quality bar, staffing, technical direction, a tricky conversation coming up. I also do coaching for engineering managers and help with hiring and org design when it comes up.
